Born and raised in Prague, Eva is fluent in Czech and functional in several other Eastern European languages. She graduated from university with a degree in Building Construction and postgraduate studies in Environmental Protection after which she relocated to Switzerland where she lived and worked in Zurich for nearly 20 years. During this time, she also became fluent in German. She recalls with great fondness her work as an architect on various international team projects.
In December of 1999 Eva and her family immigrated to Nova Scotia and made Port Maitland in Yarmouth County their new home. She quickly became active in the community through her volunteer work with The 'YARC’ Playhouse and Arts Center as set designer and today she takes every opportunity to enjoy the diverse natural surroundings in which she lives. With dual citizenship in Switzerland and Canada, Eva is a true citizen of the world. Her education, cultural background, work and travel experience have given her an informed understanding of diverse cultures and lifestyles.
Architecture and design provided Eva with a solid foundation for her real estate practice but it is helping others by sharing her expertise that brings her such satisfaction in her day-to-day work. Eva’s enthusiasm and professionalism shines from the moment you meet her and her sincere pleasure in helping her clients succeed whether finding a new home or selling their current one has helped her build a thriving real estate practice. Eva is very proud to be a Certified Green Agent and to add that knowledge to her toolbox to further educate and assist her clients.
