Tim's career started after university with a decade of opening multi-branded restaurants on an international level, first in the U.S. and western Canada, then in Europe where he finished as UK's national sales manager working for a well-established American firm.
Tim and his wife purchased their first oceanfront property while still residing in England, but the 'pull' of Nova Scotia eventually became too irresistible and they decided to move back to Canada. Upon their return Tim's wife Jeanne, formerly a professional kitchen designer, founded a property management company called Seabright Cottage Rentals, focused mainly on servicing the seasonal tourist rental market, and offering a competent and turnkey service for the maintenance and upkeep of those properties on the south shore.
Tim simultaneously acquired his real estate license, and quickly established himself as a consistent producer, combining honest and reliable service with his intimate knowledge of construction. His background owning and operating first residential spray foam insulation companies in Nova Scotia, called Habitat InsulFoam, along with his significant experience in the service industry allowed Tim to quickly grow a robust and successful real estate practice.
When you meet Tim for the first time you'll find a consummate professional, with excellent references and an unwavering work ethic. He has two wonderful children, and loves to purchase and restore historic buildings in his "spare" time, the latest being a gorgeous Baptist church constructed in 1833 in St. Margaret's Bay.
